Service overview

RCC foundation works built for industrial strength

RCC (reinforced cement concrete) forms the backbone of industrial infrastructure. MME’s scope covers foundations, structures and ancillary civil works, each aligned with approved structural drawings, site conditions and the agreed contract scope.

Discuss your scope

Machine & equipment foundations

Bases and pedestals for heavy machinery, with anchor bolts, sleeves and embedded items coordinated where specified.

Pile caps & foundation blocks

Pile caps, footings and blocks built to approved dimensions, reinforcement details and levels.

RCC structures & pedestals

Columns, beams, slabs and pedestals within the industrial civil work package.

Reinforcement & formwork

Rebar fixing, cover and spacing checks, shuttering and alignment before every pour.

Concrete placement & curing

Pour sequencing, compaction, finishing and curing coordinated to project specifications.

Bunds, trenches & containment

RCC trenches, cover slabs, bunds, pits and containment structures within the agreed scope.

Industrial applications

Supporting diverse industrial sectors

Our RCC and foundation packages can serve a range of industrial environments, subject to the project design and agreed scope.

Our execution process

A structured sequence keeps scope, inspection points and coordination requirements clear before work moves to the next stage.

  1. 1

    Drawing & site review

Review drawings, quantities, access and embedded-item requirements.

  2. 2

    Preparation & setting-out

Work-area readiness, setting-out and levels checked with the site team.

  3. 3

    Reinforcement & concrete

Pre-pour checks, then placement, compaction, finishing and curing.

  4. 4

    Inspection & handover

Test records, dimensional verification and close-out documents.

Our commitment

Quality control & safety

Inspection and testing follow the approved project specifications, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and the engineer’s instructions. Site execution follows the applicable permit, lifting, excavation and work-area safety procedures.

Concrete test records

Specified workability checks, sampling and strength-test documentation.

Pre-pour inspection

Reinforcement, cover, formwork, embedded items and cleanliness.

Dimensional checks

Location, levels and dimensions verified against approved information.

Safe site execution

Project-specific risk controls and site safety procedures.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common queries about our RCC and foundation works.

What information is needed for an enquiry?

Share the project location, drawings, specifications, BOQ or approximate quantities, schedule and the work package you want to discuss.

Can machinery foundations be included?

They can be considered within the agreed scope. Equipment loads, anchor-bolt layouts and required tolerances must be based on approved engineering documents.

Do you undertake reinforcement, formwork and concreting?

These activities can be specified as part of the RCC package. Materials, supply responsibilities, testing and exclusions should be agreed in advance.

How is concrete quality checked?

Checks depend on the project specification and approved ITP and may include pre-pour inspection, sampling, fresh-concrete tests and strength-test records.

Can you quote from drawings or a BOQ?

Drawings and a BOQ help define the scope. A quotation also requires clarity on site access, material supply, equipment, testing, schedule and contract boundaries.
